These Terms and Conditions govern the booking and purchase of all ceremonies created by Kalmora.

By reserving a Kalmora experience, the guest acknowledges and accepts these terms.

Introducing Kalmora

Kalmora is a curatorial House offering immersive experiences, gatherings, workshops and events centred around the art of living, reconnection, sanctuary and discovery.

Our ceremonies take various forms:

  • intimate workshops and gatherings;

  • sensory experiences;

  • private events;

  • cultural or immersive journeys.

The precise details of each experience are outlined on its dedicated page prior to booking.

Reserve an experience

Reservations for a Kalmora ceremony are made online via our website.

Select your desired experience, complete the registration, and proceed to payment.

A reservation is confirmed only upon:

  • successful processing of payment;

  • receipt of the confirmation email sent by Kalmora.

Essential details — date, location, hours, and specific recommendations — will follow in your booking confirmation.

Investment and receipt

Experience prices are quoted in Euros (€), inclusive of tax where applicable.

Payment is processed securely online via Stripe.

Accepted payment methods are presented at the time of booking.

Kalmora reserves the right to amend pricing. The applicable rate remains the one displayed at the time of booking.

Terms of entry

Kalmora experiences are grounded in discovery, connection and mutual respect.

Guests are asked to:

  • arrive promptly at the designated hours;

  • maintain a respectful presence towards fellow guests, hosts and partners;

  • follow the guidance of the Kalmora team.

To preserve the harmony of the gathering, Kalmora reserves the right to refuse entry or ask a guest to leave should their conduct disrupt the collective experience. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Cancellation by the guest

To preserve the intimate nature of each Kalmora ceremony, bookings are subject to the following terms:

Cancellations prior to 7 days

You may choose:

  • to reschedule for an alternative date, subject to availability;

  • or receive a refund, in accordance with the terms specified at booking.

Cancellations within 7 days

Bookings are final, non-exchangeable and non-refundable, unless under exceptional circumstances considered by Kalmora.

No refunds can be offered for non-attendance.

Your right to pause

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services booked for a specific date or time.

Reservations for Kalmora ceremonies on a fixed date are therefore final and exempt from the statutory withdrawal period.

Amendments or cancellations by Kalmora

Kalmora may adapt certain elements of a ceremony due to circumstances beyond our control:

  • venue constraints;

  • weather conditions;

  • unforeseen absence of a practitioner;

  • safety protocols.

Kalmora endeavours to offer a considered alternative whenever possible.

Should a ceremony be cancelled permanently by Kalmora, guests will be notified and a full refund will be issued.

Intentional living

Kalmora is dedicated to creating refined ceremonies in an atmosphere of absolute stillness.

However, Kalmora accepts no liability for:

  • occurrences arising from inappropriate conduct;

  • the loss or theft of personal belongings;

  • external events beyond our control.

Guests remain responsible for their own safety and are kindly asked to share any essential details that may affect their presence.

Visuals and narratives

To document the Kalmora experience, subtle photography and film may be captured during our events.

Your privacy remains paramount; any recognisable imagery will only be shared with your prior consent.

Should you prefer to remain entirely unrecorded, please simply let us know.

Your privacy

Information gathered during booking is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

It is used solely to:

  • manage your booking;

  • prepare your ceremony;

  • maintain your guest profile.

Intellectual property

All material on the Kalmora platform—including editorial content, imagery, design signature, and experiential concepts—remains the intellectual property of the brand.

Any reproduction or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

Should any issue arise, Kalmora invites the participant to seek an amicable resolution before pursuing legal recourse.

Failing mutual agreement, the competent courts will be determined in accordance with the applicable rules of law.
